TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The company is Hope Within One Media Ltd ("HWOM")

We believe lengthy contracts are a barrier to working relationships and can unnecessarily complicate things. However, a few protocols must be observed so we recommend you read our general terms and conditions below.

HWOM will do its utmost to ensure you receive the best service possible. Where things do go wrong, we will do our best to rectify them as soon as we can.

- the clients approval for work shall be deemed as a contractual agreement, this may be written, as per an email or pre-written contract. Verbal instructions are not accepted.

- a 50% deposit is required before any project is scheduled. The final 50% is payable before final work is released. Once work has commenced the deposit is not refundable.

- all materials, designs, source code and images remain the property of HWOM until the final invoice is paid in full.

- we reserve the right to withdraw any product or service that has not been paid for on time.

- whilst we will endeavour that any web design, product or promotional piece is free from errors, HWOM cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred directly or indirectly due to malfunctioning, inaccuracies or misrepresentation. HWOM will not be held responsible for any errors, losses or costs that subsequently come to light.

- all web sites are built using industry standard search engine friendly code and are compatible with IE7 or newer. Earlier versions or open source browsers may not work correctly. It is the clients responsibility to check first.

- ever changing search engine algorithms make it impossible for us to guarantee a ranking on any given search engine.
